Dom Owen – Director of Rugby, Dom is an England Rugby Advanced Coach and Qualified coach developer. Dom has previously worked for Leicester Tigers and Wasps in Rugby development and Education Roles, while at both clubs developing the game in both the UK and abroad. Dom started his playing career at Buckingham RFC and got to play a great level at South Leicester RFC, he had had head Coach experiences at many clubs, and currently at Old Coventrians RFC. He was also backs coach for warwickshire rfc seniors in their 23/24 campaign. All of Doms’ experience allows him to be a great, energetic coach who develops players’ individual and teams games.
Lewis ‘Chugs’ Clarke – Director of Rugby Lewis is working towards completing his England Rugby Advanced coaching course. He has pervious been a Rugby Development officer for Leicester Tigers and was based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. During his time there he helped develop a strong sustainable rugby framework for junior, academy and men’s rugby. He expansive experience working in private school and has coached students who went onto premiership and international level. Lewis has also been a Warwickshire men’s coach for the past 4 campaigns while acting as head coach for the most recent run of games. He is now currently working in a junior independent school and head coach of Claverdon Senior side where he lead the team with in the 2021/22 league unbeaten. Lewis’s journey over the past 11 years has given him the experience to coach high quality well planned session with an emphasis on player skill development and enjoyment.
